Vintage thimble from Caithness, Scotland. Clear glass with millefiori paperweight on the top.

Millefiori is Italian for "many flowers" and the top is made from multicoloured glass canes giving the intricate design seen and each thimble is unique.

These thimbles are no longer made and are becoming sought after.
